Remote Learning

Don't let anything stall your dream. We believe that nothing should get in the way of your career dreams so we are doing everything we can to help you continue with an uninterrupted professional education experience during this time of uncertainty around the coronavirus. Our upcoming courses are all available in a live-online classroom or in a self-paced online format.

Upcoming Courses to Meet in Remote Classroom (Synchronous Learning)

Although we have limited student access to the campus due to the recent shelter in place order, our instructors are still teaching and all of our summer and fall courses will be conducted remotely.

Live-Online or synchronous class happen in real time with your instructor and classmates. You will need to "attend" online at the designated class times and participate via Zoom. The technology allows you to talk and chat with your instructors and participate in small group discussions.

What is Zoom?

Online Offerings (Asynchronous Learning)

We offer more than 100 self-paced online courses. Please visit our online course search page, select your area of interest, the term you are interested in, and choose "online" as the mode. Then, explore everything from Data Analysis, Introduction and Python Programming for Beginners to Compensation Management, Finance for the Business Professional, and Human Factors for Technical Communicators.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Student Services (extension@ucsc.edu) or International (extensioninternational@ucsc.ed) teams.
