MICHELLE DENEAU, M.S., head of Employee Insights and Technology at Adobe, is a pioneer in the field with more than 20 years of experience in people analytics. She has deep expertise on a range of topics including data governance, designing analytics solutions, storytelling with data, employee listening, and advanced analytics/AI. Deneau has built numerous analytics teams during her career gaining unique insight into the role of the people analyst and skills required to be successful. Previous leadership roles include positions at Intuit, HP, and PWC, in addition to analytics roles with AMD, Wells Fargo, and Fujitsu. She has a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
