What do I do if I forget my password or user name?

Your student number is your username. 

If you have forgotten your username or password

  1. Go to Login located at the top of the home page.
  2. Click the login button for the account you need to reset.
  3. On the following screen, click the "forgot password" link.
  4. Follow the prompts to reset your password.

If you still cannot access your account, call our Student Services team (408) 861-3700. Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
