Join this safe and welcoming workshop to explore new intercultural communication discussion skills that are critical for the business world. We’ll practice three models of conflict resolution and negotiation:

• Emotional Restraint to Emotional Expressiveness
• Decision-making Paradigms

You’ll have the opportunity to take risks in expressing yourself, share your experience, and experiment with multicultural dynamics.

We’ll share online resources to continue developing your skills in discourse, intercultural competence, resolving conflict, and negotiating beyond the workshop.
