Online, on-demand University of California science courses

We've collaborated with UCLA Extension to offer University of California online science courses essential for medical school applications. Through this unique partnership, students in our program access science courses via the UCLA Extension website. Be sure to fill out our intake form to secure your spot.

 

Step #1: Begin the enrollment process.

Thank you for your interest in enrolling in science courses through our partnership with UCLA Extension. To get started, please follow these steps:

Create and manage your UCSC Extension account

Your UCSC Extension account helps us provide personalized support, gives you access to additional resources, including information about our new postbacc offerings, and allows us to track your progress.

  1. Visit UCSC Extension.
  2. Select “Create my new student account”
  3. Follow the prompts to set up your account.

Enroll in UCLA Extension courses

  1. Explore Courses
    Access the UCLA Extension science courses to find remote science courses.
  2. Register in your desired course.
    1. Click on the course link to review the schedule and other course information.
    2. Click “Enroll” to add the course to your cart.
    3. Proceed to “Checkout” to complete your registration.

All UCLA Extension courses are managed by UCLA Extension. For course details, registration, and policies, refer to their website.

If you would like to discuss your course plans or receive guidance, you can request a pre-advising session by emailing us at postbacc@ucsc.edu. Please let us know your plan to take UCLA Extension courses so we can better assist you.
