TERESA CHAPMAN, MDR, PHR, chief people officer at Santa Clara Family Health Plan, is an experienced HR professional and business leader. Her expertise encompasses executive leadership, organizational consulting, individual and team coaching, workshop facilitation, and training in various subject areas, including leadership development, performance management, organizational development and culture, team development, conflict management systems, and process improvement. Chapman earned a Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics from the University of San Francisco School of Management. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and certified Gallup Strengths Coach. Chapman is a lifelong learner with a relentless pursuit of knowledge, inclusion, and understanding.
