CRAIG HARRISON, B.A., is a professional speaker, trainer, consultant, and coach. As founder of Expressions of Excellence!™ he has conducted training for Fortune 500 companies since 1997 and has taught for UCSC Extension since 2001. Harrison is a past president of the National Speakers Association—Northern California and founder of its Speakers Academy. He speaks, trains, and writes prolifically on communication, leadership, customer experience, and excellence. Harrison is also a senior associate with TheConsultingTeam.com of Mountain View and serves on the board of the Bay Area Consultants Network. He formerly served on the UCSC Extension Business Administration Advisory Board. A proud Banana Slug, Harrison is a graduate of UC Santa Cruz (Oakes College).

Required Tools & Materials: None.  Required readings for this course include a series of published articles (by the instructor and others) who are experts in communication, leadership, linguistics, etc. Sources include Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, and other publications. (All reading materials will be made available to students to read or download.)
