JEFF MILLER, B.S., is cloud developer (AWS) and lead programmer at a stealth mode startup. He has more than 20 years of experience as a software developer, consultant, business owner, and instructor. Previous positions include working as a technical lead and full stack developer at Insight Global, principal software engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific and the Bio-Rad Digital Biology Center. His expertise includes iOS and Mac development, cloud computing, .NET, C#, C++, Windows development, database, distributed and web-based application architecture and implementation, and Android development. Applications published in Apple AppStore (in collaboration with Music Wormhole) include Guitar Chords, Piano Chords, and Ukulele Chords. Miller has taught at UCSC Extension since 1994.
