Course Description
Welcome to our immersive Education Innovation workshop series. Join master educators to explore the most current, evidence-based best-practices to keep your knowledge and skills up to date and to strengthen your ability to support every student. Each session is led by an expert in the field with real world experience, who will guide you through the material and help you apply it immediately to your work..
Educators are faced with a sea of data一neuropsychological assessments, IEPs, intake forms, and their own informal assessments and observations. Led by a board-certified educational therapist, this workshop explores how to identify patterns across formal and informal assessments and how to integrate that with all sources of information to create a personalized educational plan that addresses each student's unique pattern of strengths and weaknesses.

At the conclusion of the workshop, students will be able to
- Evaluate formal assessments by identifying patterns in the data to develop a complete and nuanced understanding of students' unique learning profiles.
- Apply best practices for administering and interpreting informal assessments and synthesize findings with formal testing to build an individualized educational program.
- Integrate ongoing formative assessment and observational data to continuously respond to student progress and challenges throughout the learning cycle.
