MICHELLE DENEAU M.S., senior director of People Experience and Analytics at Cloudflare, is a pioneer in people analytics with more than 20 years of experience in the field. Her deep expertise includes data governance, designing analytics solutions, storytelling with data, employee listening, and advanced analytics and AI. She has built numerous analytics teams during her career giving her unique insight into the role of people analytics and skills required to be successful. Previous positions include leadership roles at Adobe, Intuit, HP, and PWC, and analytics roles with AMD, Wells Fargo, and Fujitsu. She has a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Santa Clara University.

This class meets simultaneously in a classroom and remotely via Zoom. Students are expected to attend and participate in the course, either in-person or remotely, during the days and times that are specified on the course schedule. Students attending remotely are also strongly encouraged to have their cameras on to get the most out of the remote learning experience. Students attending the class in-person are expected to bring a laptop to each class meeting.
