ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Heather Ramsey serves as the Practice Leader for Leadership, Talent and Organizational Development at OneDigital. Heather firmly believes that empowered and engaged HR leaders, along with motivated leadership teams and employees, drive organizational success.

She especially enjoys working with and giving back to HR leaders to become their best selves in both their careers and lives because HR leaders have the special gift of holding the entire organization together, while often having no formal authority and often without recognition.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from U.C. Davis and a master’s degree in Executive HR Management from Cornell University. She is a dedicated reader of business and leadership topics and enjoys being a mom, gardening, and dancing on occasion.
