SIDDARTHA PUNJ, M.S., a healthcare data analyst at a consulting firm, works on predictive modeling using pharmaceutical and medical healthcare data. Previously he worked for Intel Corp. where he spent some time on low-level software device driver development and implemented and evaluated predictive machine learning models for determining battery life states on computer laptops and desktops. He also analyzed data to save power and improve the performance of File I/O operations on computer hardware memory components such as PCIe. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from UC Santa Cruz and a master’s degree in Computer Science from UC Davis. In his free time, he plays tennis and the guitar and is a big fan of Rafael Nadal.
