ARPANA TIWARI, MBA, director of SEO & organic search growth at Eventbrite, has experience in search, content development, business operations, and user acquisition. Her industry experience, which spans eCommerce, marketplaces, and B2B, includes leading organic search for large brands like Apple, Walmart, Google, Adobe, and Eventbrite. She enjoys being in the trenches solving problems relating to growth marketing, search optimization, content strategy, site architecture, search tools, and dashboards. Tiwari earned a professional certificate in Technical Writing and Communication from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Santa Clara University. This class meets simultaneously in a classroom and remotely via Zoom. Students are expected to attend and participate in the course, either in-person or remotely, during the days and times that are specified on the course schedule. Just like a traditional in-person class meeting, you are expected to attend and participate in the discussion. Students attending remotely are also strongly encouraged to have their cameras on to get the most out of the remote learning experience.

Students attending the class in-person are expected to bring a laptop / tablet to each class meeting.
