About

MARCO ROSA, M.A., is a certified communication and leadership executive coach supporting C-level executives and directors in human resources management. He coaches clients and consults in the areas of HR management, executive team leadership facilitation, and performance management systems, as well as bonus plan and equity plan administration design. He has served as vice president of HR and corporate services for several life sciences and technology companies, both pre-and post-IPO and has held key positions at large companies, such as General Electric Co., Sony Electronics, ReplayTV, COR Therapeutics (acquired by Millennium Pharmaceuticals), Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, and MAP Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Allergan, Inc). Rosa, known for his direct, focused, consultative, hands-on style, develops key strategic and tactical solutions in HR management helping clients achieve stated business goals. His indicatives are structured around motivating the workforce and developing them into high-performance teams. He offers a large base of key contacts for networking and mentor opportunities. Rosa is a financial board member at Bay Area Adoption Services, and formerly served on the UCSC Extension HR Management Advisory Board and as a president of the Bay Area Human Resources Executive Council. He also teaches at several institutions, including Hult International Business School, Palo Alto University, and UC Berkeley Extension.
