About

BRIANA GHAN, Ed.D., director, of Information and Educational Technology at Spreckels Union School District, has more than a decade of experience teaching in the UCSC Master’s and Credentialing program and in high school history programs in Title 1 schools. Recently she was an educational technology specialist at the Salinas Union High School District. She has a bachelor’s degree in history, a master’s degree in Education, and is a Google Certified Educator. In 2021, she graduated from the University of South Carolina with a doctorate in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on educational technology and took her current position where she plans technology-based professional development for teachers and parents and pilots technology best practices in the classroom.
