SUMEET SYAL, BS, MBA, is an entrepreneur and tech executive who has built global businesses in large corporations and Silicon Valley startups. He is the founder of 3Doshas.com, an award-winning coaching and consulting company featured on Bloomberg and Apple TV. During his 30+ years in tech, he formed B2B partnerships with Fortune300 companies for AI products and services and led numerous teams across business development, hardware and software sales, brand marketing, product management, and engineering. He has held numerous leadership positions including vice president and general manager of Global Sales & Marketing at Intel where he closed high-stakes negotiations, and secured multi-billion-dollar deals with top tech giants including Apple, Google, Dell, and HP. He earned a dual MBA from UCLA-Anderson and the National University of Singapore and studied Computer Engineering at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He started his career in product management and engineering at Silicon Valley startups that eventually were acquired by major semiconductor firms. As a Stanford-trained resident executive in Organizational Renewal and a UC Berkeley-Haas certified executive coach, he now mentors executives and startup founders with his unique 3Doshas science-based coaching methodology.
