If you only need a couple of courses, you don’t need to upload the documentation right away. Please just submit the form. (Note, however, that we will require transcripts and a personal letter of intent soon.) We’ll be in touch!
Interested in applying to the three-course Premed Postbacc Specialization?
Please upload as much documentation as possible at this time.
Here is a list of the documents you will need to provide as soon as possible:
- Transcripts (Include unofficial transcripts for ALL schools attended.)

Describe why you want to join the program, your expectations, contributions, academic weaknesses, and improvement areas. - Community Service Essay
Share your volunteer experience in underserved communities.

Students pursuing the three-course specialization get priority registration and advising in the Premed Postbaccalaureate Program.
This will allow you to:
- Gain access to remote workshops, seminars, and science courses that start Sept. 25.
- Qualify for one-on-one advising.
- Embark on a personalized medical school journey.
