TRAM NGUYEN, Ed.D., an organizational learning and leadership development consultant, has over 15 years of experience in learning and leadership development in the corporate technology space. She has a doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, where she published her dissertation, “A Field Study Of Leadership Evaluation And Promotion Practices In Technology Organizations.” Her Master’s degree is in industrial and organizational psychology. She has worked as an internal consultant as well as an external coach to individuals and organizations where she has developed corporate learning academies for a global workforce.
