Join this safe and welcoming workshop to explore intercultural communication discussion skills that are so critical for the business world. We’ll practice three models of conflict resolution and negotiation:

  • Direct to Indirect Communication
  • Emotional Restraint to Emotional Expressiveness
  • Decision-Making Paradigms

You’ll have the opportunity to take risks in expressing yourself, share your experience, and experiment with multicultural dynamics.

We’ll share online resources to continue developing your skills in discourse, intercultural competence, resolving conflict, and negotiating beyond the workshop.

People of all skills are welcome to attend this event. Bring your stories and questions!

This is the fourth workshop in a five-part series sponsored by the International Team @ UCSC Silicon Valley Extension.
