Additional topics include selecting the best CRO for a project, request for proposal (RFP) components, bid review and negotiation, types of agreements, defining roles and responsibilities, managing the work once the contract is signed, including change orders and communication issues. The course is designed for medical monitors, clinical and non-clinical managers, CRAs, project managers, contract managers and others interested in strategies for selecting and effectively working with CROs.
