Extreme/Agile Project Management


Extreme Project Management (EPM) uses an agile development model to effectively address projects with short increment delivery schedules, high uncertainty, rapidly changing requirements, and high visibility. Participants examine the principles, values, skills, tools and practices of EPM, while exploring both the methodological and interpersonal skills needed to succeed under EPM conditions. Models covered include the Flexible Project Model, Adaptive Project Framework, and Scrum. The differences between traditional and extreme projects are highlighted throughout.
