JIM HYNES, BA, MBA, chief admissions officer, consultant, and certified instructor, has more than 30 years of experience in sales and sales management. A seasoned sales strategist, performance coach, and entrepreneur, he has consulted with Fortune 500 companies and startups in the technology, digital marketing, and sales coaching and training industries. He has also managed flagship brands with companies such as Proctor & Gamble and Diageo/Guinness and held executive product management and sales leadership positions at McGraw-Hill and Reed Business Information. Hynes has 15 years of teaching experience and has been with Virtanza Career Pathways since its inception, serving in multiple roles. He earned a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Hynes is also a columnist for several online jazz publications.
