Crystal Foppe

CRYSTAL FOPPE, Ed.D., has over 10 years of experience as an education specialist at the high school level, serving students with diverse disabilities. She is passionate about supporting education specialists by developing systems to address their unique needs and encourage retention. Her current research focuses on education specialists’ perceptions regarding harmful parenting styles and how they affect students with special needs and impact the attrition of their teachers. Foppe also supervises teacher candidates in credential programs and instructs online special education-related courses. She earned her doctorate in Education at Azusa Pacific University and has taught at UC Berkeley Extension, Department of Education and California Polytechnic State University-Pomona School of Education and Integrative Studies.
