Mindfulness Sitting Meditation (Fridays!)
This weekly mindfulness sitting meditation group session is a relaxing 20 minutes, followed by a very short five (5-10) minutes group discussion. This is a drop-in, free event facilitated by Extension staff.
All are welcome. Please make sure to dress comfortably.
If we've started meditating by the time you get here, please feel free to come in and enjoy the quiet with us.
