Mindfulness Sitting Meditation—Now on Thursday!
This weekly mindfulness sitting meditation group session is a relaxing 20 minutes, followed by a very short five (5-10) minutes group discussion. This is a drop-in, free event facilitated by Extension staff. Students, staff, and instructors are welcome. Please make sure to dress comfortably. Loose pants are best.
