DARIN MATTHEWS, MAM, CPPO, CPSM, has nearly 25 years of contracting experience in both public and private sectors. Currently the director of procurement and business contracts for UCSC, Mr. Matthews is an author, and international speaker on contracting and procurement issues. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business and a master’s degree in Acquisition Management. He has taught at Portland State University and Florida Atlantic University, and the Institute for Public Procurement.
