This seminar for training and learning professionals covers adult learning theories and styles, and allows participants to explore their own learning style/preferences through instruments, discussion and experience, how to be flexible when relating to others' styles, identifying learning problems related to style issues, and resolving these issues are addressed.
Topics include how to incorporate a variety of learning experiences to accommodate different styles when instructing or designing training. Emphasis is placed on assisting participants in the use of creative and effective training methods to reach learning objectives. A learning assignment is completed in class. Discussions focus on application for self, work and the training environment. All materials and instruments are included.
