UCSC Extension allows students to register for courses through our Web site. Online registration requires that some personal information, which may include credit card information, be transmitted via the Web. Information marked with asterisks on the enrollment form is required so that we may successfully process your registration and reserve your seat in the course(s) you have requested. Otherwise, your enrollment may be delayed or prevented. We do not retain credit card information as part of your student record. Information furnished on these forms may be used by University department for distribution of information on future Extension programs and other University activities and will be transmitted to the state and federal government if required by law.
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. In that context, you as an individual user remain anonymous. We may collect and distribute aggregate statistics about our Web site visitors, traffic patterns, and related site information.
