Knowledge Services and Enterprise Management (KSEM) is a graduate-level certificate program offered by UCSC Extension in Silicon Valley. Working in conjunction with Extension, the curriculum was designed and developed by the newest graduate program at the UCSC Basking School of Engineering: Technology and Information Management.
