Last Class To Graduate - Transcript


If you notated on the Instructor Approval Form that this is your "Last Class to Graduate", a transcript will automatically be mailed to the Office of the Registrar on the UCSC main campus. The coursework will appear on the UCSC transcript as a transfer credit. It will not show units or calculate into the GPA.


Academic Record


Your academic record of coursework taken through Open Campus concurrent is held at UCSC Extension and is separate from any record at UCSC main campus.


Evaluations


You must request an evaluation from the instructor on the first day of class and mark the box on the instructor approval form. The instructor will submit the evaluation to the UCSC Extension office within three weeks after the grade deadline. Extension will automatically mail a copy to the student. The original hardcopy is stored in your UCSC Extension file.
