Institute Overview
MILE is uniquely focused on the challenges of leading and managing within the local technology industry. Companies will recognize MILE as a valuable partner in the formation and shaping of quality leaders. Individuals will recognize MILE as a comfortable and inspiring environment in which to learn personal leadership and management skills. Participants benefit from the ability to collaborate with peer professionals. Classes are interactive and animated; discussions and spirited debate are the norm, rather than the exception.
The MILE faculty consists of a highly qualified group of individuals who are specialists in their respective fields. Among our faculty members are published authors, entrepreneurs, and C-level executives. The MILE program also features guest speakers--CEOs or C-level executives--who embody the entrepreneurial spirit of Silicon Valley.
