Withdrawal Policy

If you are unable to complete a course for which you are enrolled, there are several options, including Pass/No Pass (P/NP), No Credit (NC), or Withdrawal.

If you wish to pursue either of these three options, you must formally notify UCSC Extension at least seven days prior to the last day of your course. Failure to do so will result in an automatic "F" grade in the course; and the “F” grade will be recorded in your permanent academic record.

By requesting a Withdrawal, P/NP, or NC status, the student acknowledges that there is no refund available, and that the course will not be applicable to a certificate program, and may not qualify for reimbursement from the Workforce Investment Board or your company.
