How do I get a username and password (web account)

NEW STUDENTS
If you do not have a student number and password, one will be assigned to you with your first enrollment. Your student number is your user name. You can change your student number to a user name that you can easily remember by coming back to this portal, logging in, and following directions. Please store your user name and  password where you can locate it for future logon to the site. Creating a new profile each time you log on creates multiple records and will make it difficult to access your academic history.

RETURNING STUDENTS
What do I do if I forget my password or user name?
Your student number is your user name. If you have forgotten your user name or password, go to the LOGIN page and select Forgot User Name or Forgot Password. If you still cannot access your student record, call  (408) 861-3700 Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
